How to order
- Add products to the cart (each product page has เพิ่มไปยังตะกร้า = add to cart, ซื้อเลย = buy now).
- Sign in or create a free account at My account (email and password).
- At checkout choose your address, the carrier (Flash, KEX, BEST, Thailand Post EMS, DHL) or in-store pickup, and tick for a full tax invoice if you need one.
- Pay by PromptPay QR (confirmed automatically), credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB via Stripe) or bank transfer (send the slip on LINE within 3 days).
- Track the order under การซื้อของฉัน (My purchases); returns and refunds are requested from the same page.
Prices, delivery & returns
- Prices are in Thai baht and include 7% VAT.
- 10% off every order placed on the website, automatically — 29% off instead when you collect in store.
- Delivery ฿30 with any carrier, free from ฿300 after discounts. Packed in 0–1 working day, 1–3 days in transit, nationwide.
- Change of mind: return within 7 days of delivery (you pay return postage; consumables and used items excepted). Damaged or wrong items are on us.
- Full tax invoices (ใบกำกับภาษีเต็มรูป) for companies on every order.
